Technopath is seeking clients for the following student supported projects. The students will be led by Sarah Epting, the CEO and Founder of Technopath.
Technopath is also the lead sponsor of an event, Changemaker Dreamin', that will take place in February or March of 2025. This event will take place over 3-4 days and is designed to empower nonprofits by providing access to expert-led, pro-bono Salesforce projects that enhance organizational impact and efficiency.
Small to medium nonprofits who are currently using Salesforce, or transitioning to Salesforce would be able to get the most value out of these smaller, focused projects.
Nonprofits with fewer resources and less technical know-how, are most likely to fit within the scope of these projects, though there have been exceptions in the past.
The give nonprofits the opportunity to benefit from the expertise of experienced nonprofit Salesforce consultants without the shocking price tag.
Both the student projects and Changemaker Dreamin' projects will have initial meetings in December of 2024. The bulk of the work will be completed in 2025.
Some projects are platform-agnostic and can be undertaken regardless of which version of Salesforce you use. For example, tasks like conducting a Security Review and Plan or performing a User Interface Facelift require similar skill sets and can be handled by any Salesforce professional. However, since NPC is a newer product, we anticipate that many individuals interested in these projects will still be using NPSP. Additionally, certain projects are specific to NPSP, such as Program Management, Outbound Funds, and Soft Credit implementations.

Sarah has nine years of Salesforce Administration experience and six Salesforce certifications. Prior to founding Technopath, Sarah earned her MPA in nonprofit management from Georgia State University and worked in nonprofit management for over 10 years. During that time she found Salesforce and saw the immense potential it had to transform the way nonprofits serve their communities. She wanted to show more nonprofits how they could leverage Salesforce to stretch their often small budgets and support their staff in making a bigger impact. She founded Technopath to address those gaps and further their missions, and has dedicated herself to aiding nonprofits in their growth with the help of technology.
